Star Wars: Prologue

"OK well if no one else has a plan i think we should scale the cliff side of the royal hanger bay. Once there, Ka'den will have to make a distraction whilst I, Lirc and Sade get to the ship. Lirc will have to take care of any remaining guards and watch our backs will Sade and I infiltrate the ship and bypass the security lockouts. Then all we need is for Ka'den to take out at least one if not both of the hanger bay defense turrets so we don't get shot down in the process of our escape." Seethor paused a moment then continued, " finally we'll need to coordinate our time so we have just enough time to pick up our passenger and bolt out of here."

"Alright, lets at least start moving that way. We can plan more as we go along. Also, this will give us a chance to see the defenses we're up against."

So they all started walking toward the palace.

OOC: There. Now we're moving.

"I'm good at distractions," says Ka'den. "Nice to see the brains of the party start coming up with the plans," he adds with a grin, and slides the helmet down over his head. "And you better come and get me after I take out those anti-fighter guns--I'd hate to have to hitch a ride the hard way."

Ka'den spots the hangar bay defensive turrets and runs an electrostatic feedback check to find out whether they are manned or automated. Then he scans for heat signatures inside the hangar.

"I did pick up a few extras....but I'd rather not use them all," he thinks.

"Seethor, do you think your plan will still work based on the info Kaden has gathered?" Lirc began polishing his sniper rifle as discretely as possible. People around here were already giving him weird looks around here because of his Tusken attire, so who cared if they saw him with what looked like a primitive piece of piping with a trigger. He couldn't wait to get away from the snobs of "civilization."

"I don't know," Seethor says. "You guys are the warriors; do you think you guys can handle it? Keep in mind that not all the living beings in there are necessarily warriors. There could be pilots, mechanics, and other civilians in there too."

OOC: Sorry for character jacking but I figured I'd get things moving...

OOC: *cough*

"Well...if I can get a visual inside the hangar, I might be able to determine how many of them are armed, and how heavily. War or no war, Naboo still doesn't make many weapons that can get through beskar." Ka'den searches for an elevated position that he can reach with his jetpack.

"I can move around the palace security and get you a visual on the hangar. I can be pretty agile and sneaky when need be..." and with that, Lirc moved toward the walls of the palace.

"Ah, guard. Just the man I was hoping to find. I have important business to discuss with you. Its a matter of Naboo intergalactic security."

As he spoke, Lirc looked for a somewhat secluded area to lure the guard into...

"Fierfek, that buggers up this whole plan," says Ka'den. He tunes his comlink to Lirc's frequency. "I hope you're not going to the cells for some caf and donuts with the guards, my desert friend. We have a job to do out front." After a moment's thought, Ka'den says "Is there any way we could intercept you and those guards you're with alone? We might be able to take them out by twos and threes."

"Not a bad idea, Ka'den," Lirc stated under his breath so the guards could not hear.

Then he spoke louder. "I think I'm gonna bbe sick!" He then rushed off toward the nearest building, followed closely by the guards. It was then that the trap was sprung. Lirc suddenly turned and struck the nearest guard with the butt of his sniper rifle...

Ka'den was not far behind. When he saw Lirc hit the guard in the distance ahead of him, Ka'den brought the M5 to his shoulder and fired at the other two guards.

The guard Lirc attacked caught the butt under the chin and his neck snapped. The other two guards fell under Ka'den's blasts, and the last guard was caught in the crossfire.

OOC: Gamemaster intervention. You're welcome.

"Alright, we'd better hurry unless we want to fight the entire city."
Lirc started running toward the hangar bay.

OOC: thank you, game master.

"Let's keep this up if we can," says Ka'den. "Send the kid in next to lure some more out. Eventually we might thin them out enough to have a decent chance." Replacing the M5, Ka'den primed his Verpine. "This should make cleaner work of them...."

Sade charges out, two clones approach him. Sade lodges a shot into one of their legs, but the other shoots him in the chest. He is dead. The two clones now notice you.

OOC: This is my way to get rid of Sade, which I've been intending to do for a while. I am now officially and only GM.

Seethor seeing sade fall to the ground clenched his heavy blaster tightly and leaped into action by firing shots at the clones.

Se'ethor quickly laid down a volley of shots at the newcomers while he took cover. Hunched behind a crate, Se'ethor waited for his next opportunity to fire.
